Bobby Armoogam

Bobby Armoogam a very Popular Percussionist was born in Trinidad and migrated to Canada as a young man. As a young lad living in Trinidad, over time he had a number of years of musical training whilst playing in several orchestras. He got his experience while playing in bands like Playboy Orchestra, Dil Ki Awaz, Echo Sounds, Naya Andaz and Dil E Nadan. He continued to make beautiful music with the Canadian National Indian Orchestra after migrating to Canada. He played for some time with Karamchand Maharaj and many other bands. In 1990 Bobby was inspired to put together his own band, The Sound Sensation which is based in Brampton Ontario. He is also a very versatile singer. His 3 children inherently talented are all members of the band. Sheryl is an excellent singer and musician, Krishna is phenomenal on the drums and Deevan is a remarkable keyboard player. Bobby has accompanied many famous artiste such as Hari Om Sharan & Nandini Sharan, Anup Jalota and Anuradha Paudwal and many more International artiste from around the globe.
